What are labia majora fillers?
The labia majora(outer lips) contain fat and connective tissue that can thin out with menopause, weight loss or time, making the area look flat or wrinkled and sometimes exposing the inner lips. Fillers made of hyaluronic acid — a substance naturally present in the body — are injected to add volume and smooth the skin.
Because hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme (hyaluronidase) if needed, they are generally preferred for this area. Fat transfer is an alternative that uses your own fat, but some of it is reabsorbed and it requires liposuction.

Aftercare and risks
- Days 1–3 Swelling, tenderness and bruising are common. Wear loose clothing.
